All GO BOXING 22 workouts are structured to accommodate either Shadow Boxing without equipment or Gloved-Up SESSIONS for HEAVY BAG TRAINING. Each CombO consists of 8 rounds, with 4 rounds performed on each side. Switching to the less dominant side is important for ensuring balanced muscle development.
